Our Managers
Dana is the firm's Administrative Manager
and is responsible for overseeing all administrative functions of
the firm. Kristin is a Manager in BNN’s Tax Division. She specializes in working with corporations and partnerships. Chris is a Manager in the Tax Division of the firm. He specializes in corporate, partnership and individual tax planning and compliance as well as FAS 109 and FIN 48 consulting. Jason is a Manager in the firm’s Audit Division. He specializes in audits of employee benefit plans, governmental agency and commercial business clients. Jason joined Baker Newman Noyes in 2005. Warren is a Manager in BNN’s Audit Division. Warren specializes in the auditing of healthcare providers and related entities. Denis is a Manager in the firm's Healthcare Management
Consulting Division specializing in cost reports, third-party
reimbursements reviews, special projects and regulatory appeals for Medicare
/ Medicaid. He has special expertise with Critical Access Hospital clients. Melinda is a Manager in the firm’s Audit Division. She specializes in the manufacturing and not-for-profit industries. Ann is a Manager in the our Tax Division. She specializes in delivering tax services to BNN’s corporate and individual taxation clients. Gabrielle is a Manager in BNN's Tax Division. She specializes
in
corporate and multi-state returns, and clients in the financial
industry. Jacquie is a Manager in our Information Technology Consulting Division. She specializes in Sarbanes-Oxley and SAS 70 reviews as well as reviews of IT general controls, automated and configurable application controls, and business process controls. Larry is a Manager in the firm's Healthcare Management
Consulting Division. He specializes in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement
and healthcare finance. Nicole is a Manager in the BNN’s Audit Division. She specializes in delivering audit services to our healthcare, not-for-profit and employee benefit plan clients. Matthew is a Manager in the firm’s Audit Division. He joined Baker Newman Noyes in 2004. Matt specializes in delivering audit services to financial institutions, employee benefit plans and other commercial clients. Connie is a Manager with the firm and Director of Human
Resources. She oversees all benefits, compensation, recruiting, and policies
