Baker Newman Noyes Announces New Tax Principals & Managing Director
Baker Newman Noyes (BNN), a nationally recognized top 100 accounting and advisory firm, is pleased to announce five new senior-level promotions in the tax department, in its Manchester, NH, Woburn, MA, Boston, MA, and Portland, ME, offices.
Adam Aucoin, CPA, MSA; Matthew Landon, CPA, MSAT; Kimberly Pecora, CPA, MBA; and Leanne Scott, JD, LL.M. have been promoted to tax principals. Christopher Hussey, CPA, has been promoted to managing director in the tax department.

Based in Portland, Aucoin most recently worked as a senior manager in the tax department since 2018. He joined BNN in 2012, previously working for a small firm in the Bangor, Maine region. Aucoin specializes in serving banks and financial institutions, with expertise in corporate tax planning, multistate tax compliance and tax provision compliance. He also assists with tax compliance for a variety of other business entities and related shareholders. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s in accounting from University of Maine-Orono.
Landon has more than 20 years of experience advising clients with respect to complex tax matters involving closely held businesses, real estate, private equity and business transaction services. Landon also heads up the firm’s partnership tax practice. Prior to joining BNN in 2020, he served as a tax partner on the team of an accounting, tax and financial advisory firm in the greater Boston area. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Central Connecticut State University and a master’s degree in accounting and taxation from the University of Hartford. Landon works out of BNN’s Manchester, NH office.
Pecora, who joined the firm’s Manchester office in 2019, specializes in tax planning and preparation for high-net-worth individuals, trusts and estates as well as pass-through entities, corporations and nonprofits. Prior to coming to BNN, she served as principal at a regional public accounting firm in New Hampshire for more than 14 years. Pecora earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Franklin Pierce College and a master’s in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
Scott will serve as principal in the firm’s Boston tax practice, specializing in state and local taxation of businesses and individuals. In 2021, she was recognized as a recipient of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs’ “Women to Watch Award” for outstanding contributions to the accounting profession and her community. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University, a juris doctor from Emory University School of Law and a LL.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law.
A tax professional with more than 19 years of experience, Hussey takes on the role of managing director in the tax department based out of BNN’s Manchester, N.H. offices. Specializing in high-net-worth individuals and family groups, he also focuses on real estate holdings and stock options. Hussey earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s in accounting from the University of New Hampshire.
