Bob Croak is a principal of the firm, providing tax advisory services to a broad range of clients with a special focus on the life sciences, technology, and manufacturing, distribution and retail sectors. He brings specific experience in the areas of tax accounting under ASC 740, corporate tax planning and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and international tax and transfer pricing. Bob is the leader of our tax accounting group, which provides tax accounting services to both public and privately-held/venture-backed companies.
Prior to joining BNN, Bob served as director of global tax of a large multinational life science company based in Massachusetts and spent more than 10 years as a tax senior manager at Big 4 accounting firms.
Bob earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Suffolk University and a master’s degree in taxation from Bentley University.
