Emily is a senior manager in the information systems and risk assurance practice at Baker Newman Noyes. She is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with strong experience conducting SOC 1 and SOC 2 examinations, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing and IT general controls reviews for financial institutions. Emily serves a variety of clients, including regional banks, publicly-traded financial services institutions, privately-held companies and financial institution service bureaus.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and marketing, summa cum laude, from the University of Maine. In addition, Emily has achieved the Advanced SOC for Service Organizations Certificate from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants.
