Jiten Kariya is a senior manager in the tax practice at Baker Newman Noyes, specializing in international tax compliance and consulting for both business and individual clients. He joined the firm in 2019. Prior to joining BNN, he worked with highly ranked firms, including the Big 4.
Jiten has extensive experience in providing international and transaction tax advisory services to a broad range of clients with a special focus on life sciences, technology, real estate, distribution, manufacturing and service companies with both U.S. and international operations. He brings specific experience in the areas of international tax, transfer pricing, cross-border restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. Jiten helps clients understand and plan for the impacts of changing requirements and legislative updates, such as BEPS Pillar 1 and Pillar 2, and the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA).
Jiten earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce/accounting and is a Chartered Accountant from India.
