John brings more than 20 years of experience to his role as BNN’s Chief People Officer, overseeing both the People and Marketing functions at the firm. In this role, he strives to support the firm’s vision and values through responsive talent management, an enhanced employee experience, and innovative go to market strategies. His expertise includes organizational development, change leadership, strategic M&A, and delivering high impact human capital strategies. John advises the firm’s Board of Directors to help shape BNN’s long-term vision and strategy. He brings guidance on talent management, recruiting, compliance, communications, business development, and culture to support the Board in sustainably growing the firm.
John has worked in a variety of industries including software and technology, education, and professional services. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated success in driving business results through a people-first approach.
John earned a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University, and a master’s degree in business administration from Boston College.
