Lauren is a manager in BNN’s Business and Technology Advisory Practice. Lauren brings nearly two decades of experience working in healthcare operations and management to her role at BNN. In this position, she provides clients with project management, process redesign, systems selections and implementation, and business and technology consulting services.
Prior to joining BNN, Lauren supported operations at a large hospital system. In these roles, she supported executive level initiatives and organizational development and change. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration management from the University of New Hampshire.
