Mark joined Baker Newman Noyes in 2014 in the firm’s Boston office. He is an assurance principal and serves as Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Massachusetts offices. Mark focuses primarily on serving clients in the commercial and consumer products industries, with a special concentration in the retail, e-commerce and life science/medical device sectors. He has more than 20 years of experience in the accounting and assurance profession, including experience with complex revenue models, capitalized software, convertible debt instruments, sale-leaseback transactions, hedge transactions, impairment considerations, reporting and operating segments, acquisitions and challenging consolidation models.

Mark earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting, cum laude, from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.

  • Medically diagnosed to be red/green colorblind and ironically, Christmas is my favorite holiday
