Matt brings a unique perspective to the accounting and finance industry having over a decade of public accounting experience with Baker Newman Noyes, as well as nearly 5 years as the Director of Finance with a large retailer in New Hampshire. Matt is a principal in BNN’s assurance practice specializing in serving manufacturing, distribution and general commercial companies providing audit, consulting and Sarbanes Oxley/Internal Control services.
In addition, Matt has experience working with a variety of nonprofit organizations, including most recently as a Board Member/Treasurer of the Maine chapter of Girls on the Run International. During his tenure as Treasurer, Matt was essential to the organization’s fiscal strategy from inception and throughout the early years of its development.
Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and management from St. Joseph’s College of Maine.
