Michael is a manager in BNN’s tax practice, specializing in income tax accounting (ASC 740) and tax compliance for both public and private C Corporations across various industries. Prior to joining BNN in 2021, Michael performed numerous tax compliance engagements for both partnerships and corporations for clients in wide-ranging industries at a Big 4 firm in Massachusetts.
Michael earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting, and master’s degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst Isenberg School of Management.
