Stan joined Baker Newman Noyes in 1997. He is a managing director in the firm’s tax practice specializing in federal and state corporate and shareholder tax compliance and consulting, as well as FAS 109 deferred tax analysis. He is also experienced with ESOPs.
Stan is a frequent author of tax articles, and several of his writings have appeared in publications such as the AICPA’s national Tax Adviser magazine, the Journal of Accountancy, and CPA2biz. He also serves as the editor and regular author of BNN’s own e-newsletter, The BNN Briefing.
Stan earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting, with a minor in English, from Bob Jones University and a master’s degree in taxation from Bentley College.
