CARES Act Summary by CCH

As most readers are aware, Congress has worked for days on significant legislation in response to COVID-19 – this, on the heels of last week’s Families First legislation. Last night the Senate passed the so-called CARES Act, which the president plans to sign and the House is expected to vote on tomorrow. In the days to follow, once it (hopefully) is signed into law, BNN authors will elaborate on the Act further for our clients and readers.
